Thanks for the great post about the conference.

The lighting issue has been an issue since we&#039;ve been there, although they did add blinds to help. Next year we&#039;ll look at either a more powerful project OR find another way to help reduce the issue. :-) We&#039;ve already talked about potentially moving the event, but I&#039;m not sure yet.

As for the language of the conference I will say this and only this: all of the speakers are friends of mine. I trust them to do the right thing and there&#039;s no way I can look them in the eye and say, &quot;you can&#039;t say &quot;. 

Did they offend some people? Maybe. 

Would I change anything about Saturday: no chance. :-)
