One life goal that I have is to visit each of the states that make up this fine country. In the last few years I have visited the New England area which put me in the forties. The summer of 2000 added Kansas and Minnesota; our trip to Hawaii in 2001 completed our first of the two non-contiguous states. The family trip out west to Yellowstone added North Dakota, Montana, and Idaho. Total to date is 47.

I expect to visit Oregon in March of 2007 and Alaska in July 2007. This leaves Louisiana as the last state to be scheduled.
