Video conversion software

I am looking for software that will convert AVI files to WMV (Windows Movie File) or SWF (Flash). Any recommendations?

    Hi Rick,

    I generally look to the TechSupportAlert website for tools that I may only need once in a while, since programs evaluated are all freeware. Many of the recommendations are good enough for frequent use.
